Highly-trained courteous technicians provide on-site and on-call repair to customers from service centers and collection points conveniently located throughout Kuwait. The staff at the service centers and collection points is specially trained to take a proactive approach to customer service – a strategy where every employee from the receptionists to the technicians is required to anticipate customers’ needs and to be devoted to providing quality service at an affordable price. The service centers carry one of the most comprehensive stocks of genuine spare parts to be able to minimize response time and support the thousands of items sold annually by the company.

The service centers combined have 200 employees, of which 85 are engineers or technicians, 35 vehicles for collecting and delivering products, and 4,500 square meters of space for product adjustment or repair and storage of spare parts.
